TERMS AND CONDITION FOR GROUP BOOKINGS (Interstate)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS ( Victoria )
(Not held by Indivinity at Mt Martha)
1/ A minimum of 16 and maximum of 30 people are required to attend before course arrangements will be finalized. These can be held as two separate smaller workhsops (2 full days) or one larger workshop (over 3-4 days)
2/ Classes are run over a full 2-day period. A Student must attend both days in order to receive their certificate.
3/ FULL payment is required 3 weeks prior to commencement of the course for all group bookings.
4/ The Venue is to be provided by the group, and is the responsibility of the group. Public liability insurance is usually covered by the venue but is the responsibility of persons arranging the group booking. Indivinity accepts no responsibility for any claim for damages from any third party. Venue must be approved by Indivinity and courses will not be run from residential addresses.
5/ A student list, detailing full name and address, is required 6 weeks prior to commencement of the course. (Names and addresses will not be used for any purpose other than registration and preparation of certificates).
6/ A “Master of Crystology” certificate ( practitioner only ) is awarded at the completion of the Level 1 and 2 workshops.
7/ As class sizes are limited it is the responsibility of persons arranging the group booking to pre-confirm all numbers.
It is also beneficial to have a waiting list should cancellations occur.
8/ Should illness, family issues or any unforeseen circumstances arise, which prevents Indivinity from conducting the scheduled course, then an alternative date will arranged or the full money refunded.
TERMS AND CONDITION FOR INTERSTATE BOOKINGS
1/ A minimum of 20 and maximum of 30 people are required to attend before course arrangements will be finalized. Courses will only be held if two consecutive workshops are booked; either by 2 individual parties or one workshop over 2-3 days (minimum 20 - maximum 30)
2/ Classes are run over a full 2-day period. A Student must attend both days in order to receive their certificate.
3/ 50% deposit is required for ALL interstate courses. No flight or other bookings will be arranged until this amount is received. Once flights etc have been confirmed the deposits are non-refundable.
4/ The full 50% deposit (minimum of 8 persons) is required 6 weeks prior to commencement of the workshop.
5/ Balance of course fees must be collected and paid to Indivinity prior to commencement of the Level 1 workshop.

They will be responsible for costs incurred as a result of any cancellations prior to commencement of the course. It is advisable for persons arranging the group booking to obtain full payment at least 3 weeks prior.

10/ Should illness, family issues or any unforeseen circumstances arise, which prevents Indivinity from conducting the scheduled course, then an alternative date will arranged or the full deposit refunded.
11/ Certificates are “ Practitioner Only ”. Persons attending the course are not accredited or endorsed by Melody to teach her work or run courses. Certificates will be issued on successful completion of the course and after final payment is received.
